Our Values
Equity and InclusivityWe strive to achieve gender equality because it's what's right. We value equality because we believe that both current and prospective pilots, no matter their gender, have the right to be represented in aviation. We do everything we can to attract the best talent from all genders - women, men and members of the LGBTQIA2+ community. If you believe in gender equality, help us make the skies full of it!
Reducing InequalitiesWe're determined to building a stronger and more diverse Canadian aviation industry through promoting the social and economic inclusion of all irrespective of sex, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic status. Reducing inequalities means making our initiatives such as our scholarships and awareness activities accessible to as many people from as many backgrounds as possible.
Learning for allWe are dedicated to inclusive and equitable quality education and our scholarship program promotes lifelong opportunities. Our initiatives help young Canadians receive affordable and quality education while increasing the number of youth that have relevant skills for employment and decent jobs. We do this by expanding the number of scholarships available for enrolment in higher education.
Quality employmentWe promote productive employment and decent work for all. Our scholarship is a development-oriented initiative that leads to the creation of good jobs, creativity and innovation. We also strive to help young people launch their careers as professional pilots. Our scholarship initiative helps increase the proportion of youth in employment, education or training.
